ORDER PROCESSING

 

Please allow 48-72hrs to process your order.  

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after processing using UPS or USPS.

We ship to all physical addresses in the United States (no PO Boxes).

Priority shipping is available.

 

​​SHIPPING DAMAGE:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@gearboxgiftshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
